In recent months, the people of the northern provinces in general, and the staff of Vũ Hoàng Chemical and Environmental Company in particular, have suffered severe impacts from multiple major storms, culminating in the recent Typhoon No. 11. A series of historic floods have caused widespread damage, leaving local residents facing immense hardship.

Storm situation in Thai Nguyen & Cao Bang Provinces

Property: Thousands of houses have collapsed or lost their roofs; assets and crops have been completely washed away, leaving many families empty-handed.
Livelihood: Landslides have destroyed and cut off transportation routes; farmland has been buried; livestock and poultry have been lost due to floods, breaking the main sources of livelihood for many.
Daily Life: Residents, especially the elderly and children, face shortages of food, clean water, and essentials. They urgently need support to withstand harsh weather and rebuild their lives.

Faced with these tremendous losses, we — Vũ Hoàng Chemical and Environmental Company, with a deep sense of responsibility and compassion, acted promptly to call for collective solidarity to help those in need overcome this difficult time.

Today, Vũ Hoàng is honored to announce the conclusion of our relief campaign, affirming our timely support and concrete actions to stand with affected communities.

THE STRENGTH OF UNITY: THE CORE OF RESPONSIBILITY AT VU HOANG

In just seven short days (from October 10 to October 18, 2025), through the solidarity of the Board of Directors, the Trade Union, and all employees, Vũ Hoàng Chemical and Environmental Company successfully raised 120,000,000 VND for relief funds aiding northern mountainous residents and supporting staff members directly affected by Typhoon No. 11.

On October 21, 2025, following the campaign’s conclusion, the Board of Directors and Trade Union Executive Committee promptly convened to review the program and allocate the funds transparently and effectively to ensure the best possible recovery outcomes.

FUND ALLOCATION DECISION: PRIORITIZING EMERGENCY SUPPORT AND RECONSTRUCTION

First, the company extends heartfelt sympathy to the four employees’ families who suffered major property losses due to the disaster. With an internal spirit of solidarity, Vu Hoang Company and the Trade Union quickly provided direct financial support to these four families — a practical action demonstrating Vũ Hoàng’s commitment to employee welfare and stability.

Next, recognizing the urgent financial need for post-storm recovery in mountainous areas, Vu Hoang Chemical and Environmental Company decided on the most effective approach: instead of organizing direct charity trips, the company transferred 50,000,000 VND each to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of Thai Nguyen and Cao Bang provinces through official channels.

Vu Hoang believes this method minimizes delays and ensures the funds are distributed transparently and appropriately to the right beneficiaries, in coordination with the local authorities of both provinces.
